Shipping Policy
In-stock items are shipped out within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated. Most items are made to order which are shipped out within 10-15 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows it was delivered, please contact your local post office.
Returns Policy
Contact us first before attempting a return or exchange. Returns & exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items are only eligible for store credit or exchange when sent back in the original condition in which they were received: unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging. Please contact us before attempting a return/exchange. Returns are not possible with pre-ordered items.
